|Just last week I sold another home to a wonderful person. My buyer was so determined to get the place, they made all the necessary repairs in order for the appraiser to clear the house for purchasing. After a few hundred dollars the owner was able to purchase this lovely 1500 SqFt antique cape, with 8 rooms 4 of which are bedrooms. The process took an additional 2 weeks to complete due to weather, repairs and scheduling conflicts. The determination of the Buyer was so overwhelming and so wonderful to see. I admire their determination. Does the house need work? |As most of you know I have two daughters, both of which love it when I sell a house. You are probably wondering why, is it because we get some money coming into the house? NO, it’s because I let them pick what the Celebration dinner is going to be (within reason). Usually it is for Chinese food, or Italian food, but this time my eldest said, “I want cheese cake for dinner”. Cheese cake, now most people would frown at that, but I looked at it and said, why not they deserve it, they put up with my cranky spells, my long days, and sometimes missing performances all for the sake of providing for them, so I thought it was worth it. I thank every day I am alive to see these girls grow into budding young adolescents and the great work they do in school and in the house deserves a special treat… After dinner I found this to be really enjoyable, It’s my youngest’s turn next to pick the dinner, I wonder what she will ask for?|

| I spent the day with the Westfield and Wells Fargo crew, doing Revitalize CDC Springfield. I found the day filled with cheery people loving to do the job. All eager to have a great time and doing the job needed. I also got to meet a great guy Even Lang of ETL Services LLC, a very skilled knowledgeable. The day was filled with cleaning and fixing and just an overall rejuvenate the look of this families yard.
There were people cleaning up old debris and leaves and fallen limbs, painting the bricks of the foundation, fixing the siding of the home, railings of the back porch. Put up a new back fence, and made the home look inviting again.
